I am not a lover of Fantasy books, movies, etc. But a friend recommended this book so I said I would give it a go.
And boy am I glad that I did.
It pulled me in from lines like "Like maybe bring a pie instead of a death fog."
And a cute little fairy named Porchid.
If you're looking for a fairy tail with a dark twist, The Gilded Mirror is ripe for the picking.
I connected with Eveline from the start and trailed by her side until the very end.
Cannot wait until the Squeal comes out, not sure my heart can take any more surprises though.
